Are you looking for therapy that is thoughtful, intentional, and purpose-driven? With over 25 years of experience as a licensed counselor and cultural anthropologist, I integrate clinical practice with a broad understanding of human behavior. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices and a deep respect for each individual’s story. I previously served as a civilian cultural advisor embedded with a U.S. Army Brigade Combat Team in Iraq, an experience that informs my trauma-informed approach. Telehealth available for adults (18+) in FL, TX, and AZ; in-person Mondays in downtown Jacksonville, FL. I provide individualized, trauma-informed care for adults experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and significant life transitions. I am fully trained in EMDR and have particular experience working with military personnel (active duty, veterans, and spouses), women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and BIPOC clients.
