Where is the instruction manual for this thing called life? Even with a wealth of knowledge and experience, life can be very tough. Sometimes it's a struggle because someone we love is hurting, or we are hurting because something happened, or we just feel sad, afraid or stuck. It can feel pretty hopeless trying to figure it all out on our own. The story doesn't have to end there; hope can often be found even in the darkest of places. My mission is to help you foster a stronger, healthier connection with yourself in order to feel more confident and hopeful about what you can do with this life you have been given. I work with people of all ages, with a variety of needs and circumstances, whether you are suffering with anxiety, depression, etc, or are not sure what is conflicting you.
