With thirty-five years of mental health counseling, I offer support through life transitions and extended periods of grief and prolonged sadness. I specialize in bipolar disorder and have lived experience parenting a young adult who has been diagnosed. As a twenty-four year breast cancer survivor, I also have lived experience of just how profoundly life can change at a moment's notice and can offer support to all involved to ground in the present moment.
