I am best suited to treating individuals and couples with relationship issues, depression and anxiety. I use EMDR as well as traditional talk therapy. I am comfortable working with a wide variety of issues. I enjoy helping my clients discover their inner strength and potential and working to make improvements in their lives. From adolescents to baby boomers and beyond, I feel suited for the diversity and uniqueness of my clients. My special interest in womens' mood disorders has led me to working with pre and postpartum issues with women and couples. When substances interfere with quality of life and relationships, I am willing to help find balance and get lives back on track. I have experience with families and individuals. I draw on my personal as well as professional experience in working with postpartum issues, grief, depression, parenting and improving relationships.
