I wrote a recovery book in 2017 called "My Costa Rican Humming Bird Sings, Breaking The Bondage And Answering The Call" to help people through their recovery & healing journey. I offer online & in person sessions as well as consulting, staff trainings for corporations in diversity/inclusion, near death experiences, suicide/mental health support & helping them walk through their healing.
