I have deep faith in what can be accomplished with therapy. If you live anywhere in N.Y. State, I am here to partner with you through telehealth. We can address your issues related to anxiety, stress, depression or work and relationship issues. I look forward to connecting with you to see how we can best work together. The importance of working in a safe nonjudgmental space cannot be overstated. I hope to provide such a space where you can share your most important concerns. My style is warm and compassionate with interactive communication. Next, recognizing that everyone is unique, I need to know what it feels like to be you. Much of my work has involved helping folks navigate their challenges as they prepare for life transitions. Other areas of experience include gay/lesbian, marital problems, work complexities and grief/loss. Together, we can focus on your needs as we develop strategies to help you live a healthy, more content and fulfilling life.
