I am Nancy Waite-O'Brien, I'm a psychologist licensed in California and Tennessee. I help people with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, mid and late-life transitions, and addiction. I use telehealth which allows me to be available to clients who don't live near me. My approach Person-Centered and incorporates Positive Psychology. I am also a Somatic Experience Practitioner. This means therapy is shaped by your needs, balances critical thoughts with hope and aspiration, and brings to it an awareness that the body's response to emotion is integral to healing.
