About
I am passionate about helping clients improve their relationships through a compassionate, collaborative, and goal-oriented approach rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Therapy begins with exploring painful emotions and understanding your experiences. Using the “5-part model” of environment, physiology, emotions, behavior, and thoughts, we’ll identify areas for change, including behaviors, relationships, and thinking patterns. View 5 Photos Using Family Systems theory, I help clients explore childhood patterns and break dysfunctional cycles. I teach communication skills, sometimes using role-play to practice effective strategies. I also encourage between-session activities such as exercises, reading, podcasts, and stress management techniques to support growth and progress.
