My name is Nancy Woods, and I am a licensed psychologist (PsyD). I am based in Orange County but have worked with clients via telehealth all over California. I work well with adults (age 17 and up), and I specialize in trauma. I am trained and certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR). I use this modality as it is possible to work with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and other mental illnesses. I will teach you skills to help you manage your life experiences to lessen triggers.
