It can be hard to be present for your life when you carry old wounds that haven't had a chance to heal. The journey of healing is seldom linear; each person has to find their own way. My role is to be your co-navigator, to witness, challenge, and hold space for you. I specialize in working with queer, genderqueer, neurodivergent, and BIPOC folks to address intergenerational trauma, QTPOC intersectionality, and living in alignment with to the world we want to create. My counseling integrates liberation psychology, anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and relational approaches to empower underserved communities.
