I am an interactive therapist. I help clients attain their therapy goals more quickly by taking an active role, rather than simply mirroring their feelings, which I also do. I focus primarily on mind/body connections, however, my overall approach is creative and eclectic. In therapy we explore the past, finding connections to current patterns that cause pain and dysfunction; then work on bringing the client's life into balance. I have many years working in business, schools and private practice, working with depression, anxiety, panic, PTSD, addictions, bereavement, relationship problems, occupational stresses, at-risk adolescents and marital problems.
