Our lives are in a chaotic transition. It takes strength to seek guidance through therapeutic relationships that create harmony and balance. My counseling philosophy is person-centered and individualized to meet client needs as we develop goals to create new opportunities for success. I focus on clients with food addiction, binge eating, depression, anxiety, body image, self-esteem & interventions for major life-changing events. I counsel clients in all aspects of mental health issues, especially those who struggle with anxiety, depression, obesity & weight. I am passionate about helping clients.
