What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters, compared to what lies within us-Ralph Waldo Emerson. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, domestic violence and family conflict. As a result of my training, I work with children, adolescents, and adults to increase self awareness and insight providing and building healthy skills and coping techniques. I focus on creating a safe, collaborative, open environment, and believe that the therapeutic environment is one of the key elements of treatment.
