I don’t do fluff. I focus on authenticity over formalities. How I show up in session is warm, authentic, and intentional. In clinical terms, my approach is integrative. I don’t believe therapy is one-size-fits-all, so I draw from different methods and tailor my approach to fit each client’s needs. My focus is always on creating a safe, supportive relationship where real growth can happen. My specialties are couples, children, and families, and I also care deeply about supporting adults across many life stages.
