At Strong Soul Beginnings, I believe every individual has the capacity to create a meaningful, balanced, and empowered life. My mental health coaching services are designed to support personal growth through evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)–informed skills, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) strategies. I focus on building self-esteem, strengthening mindfulness, and developing practical skills for emotional regulation, anger management, problem-solving, and distress tolerance.
