I treat adult clients virtually on weekdays and in person on Thursdays. Do you have unwanted intrusive thoughts and/or compulsive behaviors? Do you have trouble getting along with the people that you care about? Do you feel sad, depressed, or anxious? Do you have mood swings of depression and/or manic behaviors? I help clients who are feeling stuck to move forward in order to achieve their potential and to reach their life goals. My clients will learn to be more successful at home, school, or at work through learning to cope and to be the best version of themselves.
