Welcome! My name is Naomi and I specialize in working with adults 18+ who suffer from anxiety, depression, trauma, complicated grief, addiction, and/or personality disorders. It’s also okay to come to therapy when you’re not sure what you’re looking for but just want to get started on the road to feeling better. I believe all people have the inner wisdom to cope effectively and that some just need help tapping into it. I keep it real with my clients competently and compassionately.
