I specialize in holistic counseling psychology. I often work with folks who are going through a significant life change or adjustment, grief/loss, anxiety or depression. Focusing on your mental health needs; gaining and practicing skills to greatly improve your life, and just having a safe place to process and reflect can be of great benefit. Life phase challenges like retirement, marriage, divorced, having a baby, moving, starting a new career, transforming your relationship(s) , facing a serious illness/injury, navigating Alzheimer's disease, grieving the death of a loved one and being a caregiver are topics I tend regularly. If you are in the midst of change, you are likely experiencing some uncertainty. Anxiety and depression are also common responses to life these days, and for good reason. I work by offering a safe, welcoming, culturally sensitive/inclusive and reliable place for you to be comfortable being your authentic self.
