I help individuals and couples find their way back to themselves and each other. My practice is grounded in the belief that healing happens in relationship, to self and other. I specialize in working with people navigating perfectionism, people-pleasing, anxiety, depression, and disconnection. I work with couples who feel stuck in painful patterns but still hold care and hope for their relationship. You may feel misunderstood, distant, or unsure how to rebuild trust, & you’re not ready to give up. Together, we’ll slow down, uncover the dynamics beneath the conflict, and create space for both of you to feel seen, heard, and valued.
