Welcome! I work with a variety of womens' issues including attachment trauma, anxiety, depression and grief. I specialize in mental health during pregnancy and post partum. I find that many of my clients are trying so hard, juggling multiple roles and feeling guilty for not meeting self expectations. Clients often come to therapy because they are tired of feeling stuck. Every cycle is unique in nature but all cycles can be overcome. My goal is to provide a safe space to slow down, reflect and look at key events that have shaped our perspectives and relationships with others. In a sense, we look back, we look around, we move forward.
