I work with folks navigating a wide range of issues, including life transitions, burnout, stress, self-image, anxiety, trauma, grief, and relationship distress. Using your strengths and values as our foundation, we'll work to grow you into the person or partner you want to be. My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which is an evidence based practice focused on shifting your relationship to your thoughts and feelings and building a life more aligned with your values. I work with individual teens (16+) and adults, and with couples, with a specialty in couples who are dating, engaged, and newly married. I am also an AAMFT approved supervisor and offer supervision to LGMFTs and LGPCs in Maryland.
