As a trauma-informed therapist specializing in anxiety, self-worth, and life transitions, I help clients reconnect with themselves and find hope in healing. Change is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone. I use trauma-informed approaches and humility to aid you in finding your true self. I am not here to judge you; I am here to be curious of life patterns. Together in our sessions, we can uncover patterns and trends to your actions and learn the skills that work for you and can alleviate big reactions. We can even practice those skills in therapy sessions.
