I approach the treatment of chemical and behavioral addictions through a person-centered and trauma-informed lens, grounded in compassion, respect, and empathy. I recognize that substance use and addictive behaviors often develop as adaptive responses to life experiences, and I work to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where healing can occur. Care is individualized and collaborative, addressing both addiction and co-occurring mental health concerns with empathy and evidence-based support.
