Hello! My name is Naomi Ortega, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Fulfilling my role as a therapist means a great deal to me, as does building genuine connections with my clients. It is through that genuine connection that I hope to assist you in navigating through depressive, anxious, traumatic, and stress-related symptoms. I also aim to provide treatment through a culturally sensitive perspective. I hope to be an empathic ear and provide a warm space for you to share what has been heavy to carry candidly. The clients I'm best positioned to serve: My goal is to assist clients looking to gain self-awareness by exploring their identity, cultural values, and belief systems. Additionally, I provide support to clients open to building self-compassion and creating space for their strengths to flourish.
