I know that there are times that we feel like we are in survival mode and utilizing therapy allows you to start living again. I believe you are the expert in your life and I am here to support you on your journey. As a holistic therapist, I enjoy incorporating nature-based therapy and focus on regulating the nervous system by helping clients learn to listen to their bodies. I also utilize biofeedback to help create balance physically, emotionally and spiritually, leaving you with clarity and confidence.
