I specialize in working with children and families navigating emotion regulation challenges, anxiety, depression, grief and loss and trauma. I am a Certified Trauma and Resilience Clinician through Starr Commonwealth. My approach is always client centered and based on relationships and connection, as connection is imperative to feeling safe and shifting to the space where growth happens! I am passionate about providing treatment based in relational neuroscience to children, adolescents and their families. I utilize a variety of techniques, including CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, SPACE and group therapy.
