Many of us struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, obsessional thoughts, feelings of 'being stuck', among other challenges. My main goal as a therapist is to help make life feel safer and more manageable for my clients. I utilize the appropriate therapeutic modalities, strategies and interventions to help my clients feel empowered and motivated to create the changes in their lives that they desire.
