I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15+ years of experience helping teens and adults manage anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and emotional overwhelm. I blend CBT, mindfulness, DBT skills, EMDR, and EFT to help you understand your patterns and build practical tools to feel more grounded and in control.
