I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Addictions Specialist, and EMDR trained therapist who has a special interest in working with other professionals needing support. Together, we will guide you towards being the best version of yourself while providing a nonjudgmental space and unconditional positive regard for you. By using evidenced based practices such as motivational interviewing, trauma informed interventions, EMDR, and your inner strength, together we will learn to thrive, not just survive.
