Life can be a lot. Sometimes too much. I am here to provide a safe, comfortable, and healing space that allows for honest self-exploration while dealing with heavy stressors. I see teens (age 13 and up) and adults that face anxiety, grief, trauma, depression, and life transitions. Coming from a multicultural background, I am passionate about providing an affirming space to those of all identities, abilities, and backgrounds. My approach is primarily person-centered. I also use a few other modalities besides person-centered such as mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral, and strengths-based, but overall, our work together will be a holistic process that is tailored to your needs and goals.
