I work with individuals to explore their personal (cultural) stories, process challenges, and take meaningful steps toward healing and growth. My approach is grounded in addressing the complex relationship of mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, OCPD, and substance use disorders with a commitment to meeting each person through how they self identify as well as their cultural lens.
