My ideal client is a teen or young adult who is feeling overwhelmed, unsure of themselves, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. They may be dealing with anxiety, depression, academic or career pressure, identity concerns, family tension, or difficulty navigating relationships. Often, they’re holding a lot inside and just want a space to feel understood and supported without judgment. They’re looking for guidance and tools to manage their emotions, clarify their goals, and make healthier decisions. Most of all, they want to feel seen, heard, and more in control of their lives.
