Hello! My name is Natacha and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Are you at a point in your life where you're finding you need to try something new to change a circumstance? Maybe counseling has been something you've been thinking about, something that has been recommended to you, or something that you've always been curious about. Whatever it is that got you here, my goal in therapy is to meet you where you are and help get you to a place where you can start to implement changes that apply to the above and more. During our first session, we will introduce each other, and go over the logistics of how the sessions will look like. It is expected that all paperwork will be completed prior to the first session so as not to disrupt introductions and delay services. I will then conduct an assessment, followed by a discussion of your goals in therapy.
