She trained in a variety of settings such as high schools, group homes and foster care while working with adolescents in crisis due to trauma. Natacha has 20+ years of experience supporting women, children and families in various applications of therapy. Natacha uses psychoeducation, mindfulness, spirituality, and developing strategies to help her clients reach their goals; especially as it applies to marriage, parenting, school, and family life.
