As a clinician I work with survivors of high-demand groups or relationships. I see my role as being a help to you in order to reclaim your identity and rebuild trust in yourself. I include psychoeducation of systems of subjugation, creative expression, and evidence based modalities. I understand that the journey to healing is complex—unraveling years of conditioning, processing trauma and shock, and stepping into independence with confidence. My goal is to provide validation, practical tools, and a safe space where you can explore your own values and choices striving to eliminate fear and shame.
