I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 30 years of experience. My specialities include women's issues, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, adolescent issues, and depression. My approach to therapy is cognitve behavioral, and solution oriented. I received my Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology, and am a member of the Illinois Counseling Association. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client's individual needs to help them attain the personal growth they are striving for.
