About

I am passionate about helping people find the healing they desire. In working with the client, I want to provide best care for optimal healing opportunities. I enjoy working with all ages such as individual teens or adults, people dealing with effects of trauma, and couples experiencing communication and intimacy issues. I specialize in adolescents and adults that struggle with social anxiety, depression, self-harm, and body image/self esteem. I love to help families strengthen parent - child relationships. I graduated from Louisiana Tech with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology. Additionally, I completed my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling. I’m an EMDR provider and love utilizing that in practice. I have done several trauma trainings, as well as 30+ hours of trainings in eating disorder treatment.
