I love working with people to understand their own patterns of thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and relationships. All of these patterns have a root cause, and have served you in some way at some time—even if they are now proving to be unhelpful or harmful. In our work together, we will come to better understand the problems you face, develop a plan to make a change, and then put that plan into action. I specialize in working with pre-teens, teens, and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, BPD, ADHD, patterns of difficulty regulating emotions, and pervasive isolation/interpersonal conflict.
