Taking care of adult and children mental health is essential as taking care the physical health, and that is why attending therapy is important not just when mental health issues are out of control, attending counseling is also helpful to prevent the scalation of common mental health concerns that eventually can lead to behavioral, emotional and interpersonal problems. The most common concerns that I have helped clients in therapy are associated with anxiety, emotional dysregulation, depression, life transitions, unprocessed trauma, stress, interpersonal/attachment issues and ADHD related symptoms.
