Hi, I’m Natalia. I’m a bilingual, Spanish-English therapist, and I work with adults and children who are going through transitions, navigating identity, or searching for deeper meaning. If you are feeling stuck or uneasy with where you are in your life right now, questioning different things, or longing for depth and something more soulful in life and in therapy, I can help. I work especially well with people carrying complex cultural or family histories. I believe your roots and your context matter and impact who you are and how you feel.
