You might feel exhausted, anxious, sad, with a sense of being stuck in stress, old wounds, or patterns that feel hard to shift. You’ve gone a long time without space to slow down, feel, or ask for help. Still, something inside you knows that 2026 is the right time to begin healing. You don’t have to do it alone.
