I specialize in supporting clients with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Complex Trauma/PTSD, Sexual Trauma, Substance Use, Anxiety, Depression, Family Conflict, Relationship Issues, Racial/Cultural Identity, Multicultural Relationships, Self-Esteem/Self-Worth, Life Transitions, Coping and Communication Skills, and more. I enjoy working with younger and older adults, as well as first-time therapy clients. I value a social-justice oriented, culturally sensitive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and sex positive approach to counseling.
