I specialize in working with adult individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, stress, neurodivergence, relationship/family issues, trauma/grief, major life transitions, and more. I can provide you the skills and tools to help you manage these struggles and improve your quality of life. I will assist you in learning how to build on your strengths to help overcome life's challenges and gain self-empowerment. I received my Master's degree in social work from Wichita State University. I primarily use therapy approaches such as ACT therapy, IFS therapy, and strengths-based therapy. I welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds, providing a safe and supportive space where everyone's unique experiences are honored on their journey toward healing and self-discovery.
