My clients often find themselves struggling with persistent feelings of anxiety and emotional instability. They may be overwhelmed by emotional responses they do not fully understand, and they're beginning to recognize that past experiences from childhood-early adulthood are continuing to shape their present behaviors in maladaptive ways. The client is curious, internally motivated, and ready to explore historical reasons behind their behaviors. They may feel stuck and in need of support in developing emotional regulation and coping skills to have stability and clarity in their day-to-day lives.
