Too often, people care for their physical health while neglecting their mental well-being—or focus on emotional healing without addressing how movement and self-care can transform daily life. Seeing this gap inspired the creation of a space where both could come together. The name Nexus-Anchor reflects this philosophy: “Nexus” symbolizes the connection between mind, body, and spirit, while “Anchor” represents stability, guidance, and long-term support. Clients will receive comprehensive care that promotes resilience, balance, and sustainable wellness. As a licensed social worker, I use a solution-focused, client-centered approach to help you identify your needs, build on your strengths, and move toward the changes you want to see.
