Aloha y bienvenidos. Are you feeling alone and unsure how to open up? The clients I work with find safety and a sense of relief in our sessions. We work together to develop a plan to restore hope for the future through gaining insight, coping skills, and confidence. I have specialized training working with people who are struggling to manage their alcohol and/or drug use, those who are part of the LGBTQ+ community, pregnant and post-partum parents, grief, and harm reduction. Many of my clients are gaining a strong sense of self-confidence. I offer "walk and talk" psychotherapy appointments outdoors. We can walk through a shaded park, by the beach, or sit at a bench to discuss current struggles you are experiencing and ways to overcome them. Walking outdoors in fresh air can provide a better experience that feels more natural than sitting face to face. I also offer virtual appointments.
