Emotional healing, self discovery, personal growth and more fulfilling relationship with self and others are all possible through therapy, whether you are at the brink of adulthood or more advanced in years. In my practice, I provide a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques to best meet the unique needs of each individual client and couple with special emphasis on insight-oriented therapeutic approach. I have received additional advanced training in psychodynamic modality that drives my insight-oriented approach. I believe that developing insight illuminates the therapeutic journey.
