I am the founder of Transcend Anxiety, an LA based integrative group psychotherapy practice that strives to honor the connections between mind, body and spirit in the human healing journey. In addition to providing general growth services, we specialize in providing integrative evidence based treatment for Anxiety Disorders in children and adults. Our specialty in treating anxiety disorders also includes a high level of expertise in the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). At the heart of challenges with anxiety and self growth is our relationship with the experience of fear.
