Starting therapy can be nerve wracking, my goal as your counselor is to create a safe and non-judgmental environment to support you in your therapy goals. I have a passion for working with clients of diverse backgrounds such as sexual, gender, and ethnic minorities. As a counselor with multiple minority identities, I understand the complexities of intersectionality and how these play out in treatment. My goal is to take intentional time to understand your worldview. I have experience working with mental health diagnoses including anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I am particularly interested in working with clients with OCD.
