I am a Hispanic bi-cultural therapist who specializes in working with first-generation adults 18+. I work with my clients to identify their strengths and empower them to be the best version of themselves. I am a firm believer that we are all deserving of healthy relationships, not only with others but with ourselves as well. Clients who see me are typically going through life changes, stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I help clients get to the root of their problems while teaching coping strategies to help them navigate their experiences and reduce/manage symptoms.
